Opposition
Oppositions against patents at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and the European Patent Office – and the defence of your patents when they are attacked.

Nullity proceedings
Attacking and defending patents in nullity actions (Nichtigkeitsklage) before the Federal Patent Court (Bundespatentgericht).

Unified Patent Court
As a registered representative before the Unified Patent Court, I represent you in proceedings with effect in numerous EU member states.

Infringement proceedings and warning letters
From the enquiry letter and the warning letter to infringement proceedings – where required, in cooperation with experienced litigators.

Settlement and licensing
Not every conflict belongs in court. Coexistence and licence agreements are often the more economical route.
My assessment
Fight or settle?
I work out with you what proceedings will cost, how long they will take and what they can realistically achieve. Sometimes my recommendation is not to launch an attack – when your business gains more from that.
