Before you launch a product: which third-party IP rights stand in the way, how high is the risk – and how can you get around them?

Infringement opinions
Does a product infringe a patent, a utility model or a design? I look in both directions: your IP rights against competitors, and third-party rights against you.

Will an IP right withstand an attack? The answer is the basis for an opposition, a nullity action or licence negotiations.

When a third-party right stands in the way, I work with your development team on alternatives that reliably stay outside its scope of protection.
